“Love the convenience of location. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We love the Lyrics and it works great for mom…However, it is very expensive for us unfortunate recent financial hardship and loosing her husband. I wish they could find a way to give us a better rate since we have been using these for years now. It has been recommended not to change to a different device for mom at this stage in her life. We need you help. Also, if they can work out a scheudle of mantance to do home visits for maintance that would be all worth what we are already paying…Mom gets extremely adgitated and most of the time I don’t have coverage to help with transporting. So it’s a tuff one being most of the time the only caregiver…Thanks for reading. Otherwise, the hearing aides are awesome but costly. JC”
